Community Work Projects

We will be doing multiple lawn and minor home maintenance projects throughout the East Mountains on the 22nd and the 29th. Typically, a group of 8-10 people will work 5-6 hours doing lawn clean-up, tree trimming, weeding, painting, and minor repairs.

Single Mom Oil Change

On July 29th we will be providing oil changes to single moms in the East Mountains.

Business Blessing Baskets

During Love Week we will be delivering baskets & plates of cookies, brownies, muffins, etc. to businesses throughout Edgewood. We will need people to provide the baked items as well as people to deliver the baskets to the businesses throughout the week.

Meals for the Santa Fe and Bernalillo County Fire Departments

This year we have the privilege of serving three of our local fire stations meals throughout Love Week. You can sign up for an entire meal or one of the items needed. There is a separate meal calendar and security code for each fire station

Meals need to be delivered to Valley View at 5:00 p.m. on the day you sign up for.

We will be feeding approximately 8 adults.

*All spots for both Bernalillo stations have been filled. We still need two nights covered for Edgewood.

Each year for Love Week we assemble several hundred breakfast burritos that are frozen and ready to be reheated. We then deliver them to the Edgewood Police Department. They are then made available to those on the NM State Police and Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Department in the area. We are still in need of ingredients for the burritos.
